Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter natural, unsweetened
  • 2 tablespoons (tamari) soy sauceuse coconut aminos for gluten free
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons chili garlic sauce (to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1-2 garlic cloves pressed or gratedreduced from 3 in the original
  • 1 tablespoon ginger (grated)
  • 2-4 tablespoons warm water

Serving Suggestions

  • use as a dip for crudités
