• 1 medium onion (chopped)
• 2 cloves garlic (minced)
• 2 jalapeno peppers (thinly sliced)
• stock
• 1-2 tsp gochugaru (Korean pepper flakes)
• 1-2 tsp cumin
• 1 tsp chili powder
• ½ tsp oregano
• salt & pepper
• one large can of hominy
