Adapted from Albers cornbread

• Preheat oven to 400°F / 200°C.
• Lightly grease silcone baking tray
• Combine dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately; mix well. Add liquid to dry ingredients and stir until just blended. Scoop into baking tin.
• Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until fork test comes out clean.
• Serve warm with honey.
